Jeremy and I have been married for 3.5 years. We have a 2 year old son Keagan who is full of energy and talking up a storm. From the looks of your live traffic feed, it looks like you get quite a few visitors! I visit, but I'm sure you knew that. :)
In fact, maybe it's no here somewhere, I'll have to look, but if I want to figure out how many calories I can eat to lose weight...how can I do that? I want to try what you are doing and count every calorie I eat!
I read it and would love to hear more about what your personal eating plan has been, etc. Since you've now lost like 20lbs! Weight Loss stories always motivate me.... I seriously need to lose some weight but I always do good for a bit then go off the deep end which is where I'm at now. A collection of not just the facts but real advice from people that have lost or are losing would be great. Or meal ideas, etc. Just a thought... I love it how it is too!!
